GADTIOM Notifications

The GADTIOM technical group is established under the INCD - INSEMEX as a advising service for the compliance with the requirements of the Mine Closure Manual for the technical documentation regarding the conservation and closure of mining objectives.

This notice is aimed at ensuring and maintaining of a level of security and health in the workplace for conservation activities, mine closures, recovering of mining objectives, in accordance with the Mine Closure Manual.

The notice apply to underground mining, ventilation works, works in an explosive atmospheres, flameproof machinery, work underground and surface blasting.

The technical documentation of execution regarding the conservation and closure of mining objectives, compiled in accordance with the Mine Closure Manual, are subject to notification by the National Institute for Research and Development for Mining Security and Antiexplosive Protection, in accordance with te decision od MEC nr. 517/09.09.5005.
