COV inspection certificates

Conforming with Order no. 2035 from 16 Nov. 2009 for modification of appendix to the Order of Ministry of Economy and Commerce No. 464/2005 regarding the designation of the inspection bodies for installations, equipments and devices used to limit the emissions of volatile organic compounds (COV) resulted from storing, loading, offloading and distribution of gasoline at terminals and gas stations, and Order No. 2036 from 16 Nov. 2009 for modification of the appendix to Order of Ministry of Economy and Commerce no. 488/2006 regarding the acknoledgement of the technical inspection bodies for the installations of loading and offloading of gasoline placed on mobile containers.

For the INSEMEX-COV inspection body was issued the CERTIFICATE OF ACKNOLEDGEMENT no. 7 / 19. Nov. 2009 and CERTIFICATE OF ACKNOLEDGEMENT no. 7 / 19. Nov. 2009.

The Ministry of Economy trough the Generl Direction of Industrial Policy and Competitivity, acknoledges INSEMEX-COV to perform the following activities:        

  • In use technical inspection for gasoline loading and offloading installations, mounted on the superstructure of mibile containers, including for equipments to load from the bottom side, collecting of gasoline fumes and protection against overflow,
  • Technical overview od the project and in use technical inspection for gasoline storage installations at terminals,
  • Technical overview of the project and in use technical inspection for gasoline loading and offloading installations into and out of mobile containers at terminals, including for equipments to load from the bottom side, collecting of gasoline fumes and protection against overflow,
  • Technical overview of the projevt and in use technical inspection for storage and loading installations at the gasoline distribution stations and at the terminals at which the intermediary storage of gasoline fumes is realised..
