Certification

INSEMEX OEC is established under the INCD INSEMEX as certification body and is chaired by the head of the certifiocation body which is the representative of the INSEMEX INCD legal person.

INSEMEX OEC is accredited by the Accreditation Association of Romania (RENAR) and is notified at the European level with notification no. 1809. INSEMEX OEC is organized and operates according to the requirements:

INSEMEX - OEC was established as a well-defined and independent entity, within the organizational structure of INCD INSEMEX, based on the decision of C.A. Nr. 2 / 21.3.2008 and was appointed as Chief of OED the General Manager of INCE INSEMEX.

INSEMEX - OEC has the means necessary to conduct the business of conformity assessment and certification of products covered by Directives 94/9/EC ATEX (transposed by GD 752/2004), 98/37/EC-Maşini Directive (transposed by GD 119/2004), 89/686/EECEIP Directive (transposed by GD 115/2004), Directive 93/15/EEC Explosives for civil uses (transposed by GD 207/2005), Directive 2000/14/EC (transposed by GD 1756/2006) - Limiting noise emissions.

Certification of equipment, components and protection systrems destined to be used in environments with explosion hazards according to Directive 94/9/EC – ATEx (transposed by GD 752/2004)
Certification of machines according to Directive 2006/42/EC - Machinery (transposed by GD 1029/2008)
Certification of personal protection equipment - against risks related to work in potentially explosive atmospheres, with explosive substances for the underground mining operations, according to Directive 89/686/EEC–EIP (transposed by GD 115/2004)
Certification of civil use explosives according to Directive 93/15/CEE Civil Use Explosives (transposed by GD 207/2005)
Certification of noise emission of equipments destined to be used outdoors, according to Directive 2000/14/CE (transposed by GD 1756/2006)

Certification/inspection/verification of equipements:
- Verification-repair-authorisation of insulated breathing apparatus based of compressed oxygen;
- Verification-repair-authorisation of insulated breathing apparatus based of compressed air;
- Verification-repair-authorisation pressure reductors - insulated breathing apparatus based on compressed oxygen;
- Verification-repair-authorisation pressure reductors - insulated breathing apparatus based on compressed air;
- Verification-repair-authorisation pulmotors;
- Verification-repair-authorisation of inhalers;
- Verification-repair-authorisation of oxygen transfer pumps;
- Verification-repair-authorisation universal control apparates of the caracteristics of insulated breathing apparatus;
- Verification-repair-authorisation compressed oxygen bottels;
- Verification-repair-authorisation compressed air bottles;
- Verification-repair-authorisation other gas bottles;

Certifiction/Inspection/Verification of instalations:
- Initial authorisation and annual supervision of rescue stations;

The Product Certification Body guarranties the following principles:
- independece and objectivity in the certification process;
- technical competents and professional integrity;
- impartiality in relation to the manufacturers;
- confidenţialitate asupra produselor pentru care se evaluează conformitatea;

Trough the certification system, the certification body assures and guaranties nondiscriminatory access to all manufactirers, in the same financial conditions, and assures the impartiality and objectivity trough it's organisational and functional structure and trough the adopted evaluation and certification procedures.
