PERSONNEL CERTIFICATION BODY - INSEMEX-OCP

INSEMEX-OCP certification body is constituted within INCD-INSEMEX Petrosani as a certification service for the working personnel, on different areas of activity, and administratively reports to the General Manager of INCD-INSEMEX who is the representative of the INCD-INSEMEX legal person.
INSEMEX-OCP was founded in 2002, being accredited by RENAR, according to SR EN ISO / IEC 17024:2005. INSEMEX-OCP has qualified and competent staff to carry out the certification of personnel. The staff engaged in this activity is employed under the contract of employment by the INCD-INSEMEX.
The purpose of INSEMEX-OCP activity - as personnel certification body is the training and certification ofpersons in the following categories:
- training and certification of persons responsible for the design, manufacture and repair of equipment and protective systems intended for use in potentially explosive atmospheres;
- persons with specific responsibilities at workplaces with potentially hazardous areas;
- locomotive drivers in mines with explosive coal dust and methane mixtures;
- service personnel for remote monitoring stations;
- persons for verification, repair and maintenance work at mines equipped with stationary and portable gas analyzer units;
- persons responsible for the verification of explosion initiation devices;
- blasting engineers;
- pyrotechnicians;
- persons that coordinate blasting operations in the massif;
- persons that coordinate blasting operations;
- persons responsible for the workplace safety during mine and quarries closures;
- persons responsible for safety and health at work in underground mining operation with potential explosive atmospheres;
- persons that control the specific parameters for the ventilation of mines;
- persons that control the quality and quantity of the air in the mines, air sample collectors for the extractive industry;
- dust collectors and laboratory sample technicians in the mining industry;
- psychological certification of persons;
- persons responsible for the implementation of inertization technologyes in mines;
- laboratory technicians for the analysis of gases for the extractive industry;
- training of trainers;
Management of INSEMEX-OCP
GANEx - Technical group for certification of compliance with the requirements of NEx Normative for technical installations intended to be used in areas with explosion hazards.
- Evaluation for authorization of personnel with responsibilities for technical equipment and facilities operating in potentially explosive atmospheres;
GAS - Rescue Authorisation Group
- Training and certification of rescuers;
- Training and authorization of control and coordination personnal;
- Training and certification of mechanical maintenance and repair of rescue equipment;
- Authorizing rescuers to work in high humidity and high temperature conditions;
